1. Promoter. KORG.

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents aged 18 or over of the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area (excluding Italy), Switzerland, and the United States (50 states and the District of Columbia). KORG employees, their immediate families, direct business associates, and anyone involved in running the draw are not eligible.

3. Entry. Complete the form on the entry page between 00:01 CEST on Thursday, May 7, 2026 and 23:59 CEST on Sunday, May 9, 2026. One entry per person. No purchase necessary. Opting in to KORG marketing is optional and does not affect the chance of winning.

4. Prize. One KORG phase8 acoustic synthesizer. Non-transferable, no cash alternative. KORG ships the prize free of charge; the winner is responsible for any local import duties or taxes. KORG may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner. One winner drawn at random within seven days of the close, notified by email, and given fourteen days to respond before a replacement is drawn. The winner agrees that KORG may publish their first name, last initial, and country.

6. Data. KORG processes entry data to run the draw and contact the winner. Non-winning entry data is deleted within 90 days of winner confirmation, unless the entrant opted in to marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

7. General. KORG may amend or cancel the draw if circumstances reasonably require. By entering, you accept these terms. Governing law follows the Promoter's jurisdiction.
