The SP-500 delivers a full complement of 37 different effects. These include reverb, delay, chorus, flanger, exciter, distortion, overdrive, phaser, rotary speaker auto-pan and tremolo. The SP-500 Digital Piano’s high-quality effects share the same heritage as the effects in Korg’s professional and stage instruments.

TWO EASY-TO-USE RECORDING MODES

When you play, you can save your performance to the SP-500’s internal memory as one of up to 100 songs. No floppy disk is required. This provides a convenient way to play back your performances or listen to lessons. You can record your realtime piano performances or use the accompaniment system to capture a complete ensemble production. You can even use step-recording to enter your chords one at a time. Since the SP-500 is GM compatible it can be hooked up to a computer or other MIDI-equipped devices to play back song files, take interactive music lessons and many other fun and educational musical activities.
