This is the operating system for all D1600 units. Only upgrade your D1600 OS if you have an earlier version (Your version number is briefly displayed on D1600's "wake-up" screen on powering up).

Note* To upgrade the D1600 operating system, you will need an approved CD(RW) drive fitted to the D1600. To prepare the upgrade CD, you will also need a CD writer on your computer. If you do not have these facilities, please contact Korg UK

We recommend the use of the most current software to all users.

On the PC, double-clicking on the file will start the expansion process - follow the procedures and choose where on your computer you want the file to reside.

On the Mac you'll need to drag and drop the file onto Stuffit Expander 5.5, this will automatically decode the bin-hex encoding, create a .sea file and decompress the .sea file.
