This is the latest operating system for the D1200 (Feb 2003).

This upgrade may be performed from CD or via the USB connection from your Mac or Windows PC.

Be sure to select the right download for your use.

Note: PC users who are running Windows 98 will first need to download this D1200 USB driver.

Included in each compressed download is a history, detailing the changes and additions to this operating system and a "HowTo" set of instructions for performing the upgrade. Please follow the directions carefully, as the system files need to be placed where the D1200 can find them.

We recommend that all users upgrade to this version to stay current.

If your computer is equipped with a USB port and is running Windows 98, the Korg USB Driver will allow you to backup your D1200 data to your computer via a USB cable.

This download contains two items: The installation manual in .pdf format, and a folder containing the software driver. Copy the folder to your computer, and follow the direction in the manual.

Please refer to the D1200 User's Manual about how to backup data after the installation. This driver is not needed for users of Windows 2000/ME/XP.

This is a small collection of some new effect programs to enhance the D1200. This assortment includes both Master Effects and Insert Effects. A full listing can be found on the Info document (.pdf format) included with this download.

Loading these programs into the D1200 is done via USB.
